FAQ

How long will it take to be delivered?

We aim to process all stocked items within 48 hours

UK Mainland delivery should be received within 5-7 days

My Hermes is the preferred Courier service and your signature will be required upon delivery

Do you deliver outside of the UK?

We do offer delivery outside of the UK.

Please contact us before placing the order for a quotation for European and International deliveries

International customers are responsible for any fees, taxes and duties associated with purchasing and shipping to their countries

Can I return an item?

If you are not entirely satisfied with your product, just notify us within 7 days of receiving the goods and return them to us in their original packaging and condition within 14 days.  Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or returned after 14 days of delivery will not be eligible for a refund. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable and we recommend you use a signed for service or obtain proof of postage to ensure returns can be tracked. We cannot be liable for goods lost or damaged in transit. In the event of the product arriving damaged, please contact me within 24 hours providing photographs of the packaging and the damaged product.

 

Please take care to fully inspect your items to ensure you are happy with them before disposing of the packaging.

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

What online payment methods do you accept

All major debit and credit cards can be used. You will be direct to the Paypal portal where you can enter your card details.

You do not need a PayPal account to make the transaction.

 

We also accept bank transfers.

Care and Maintenance

Ceramic Plates:- Wipe over the ceramic plates with a soft cloth. Soapy water can be used for any remaining stubborn marks. Do not submerge the wooden core in water, wipe with a damp cloth. Not dishwasher safe.

 

Stainless Steel Plates: – Wipe over the stainless steel plates using a soft cloth. Soapy water can be used for any stubborn marks but buff immediately with a dry cloth to prevent any water marks from occurring. Do not submerge the wooden core in water, wipe with a damp cloth. Not dishwasher safe.
